“To rebuild the lives of troubled youth and young adults who are involved in drugs, alcohol, and other criminal activities in order to stop the high rate of violence and senseless killing amongst them."

Studies have shown that a large majority of youth abuse drugs or commit crimes because of inner-city conditions, peer pressure, and family situations. Persons with past criminal records often become repeat offenders due to their inability to obtain gainful employment, which causes them to lose hope in their future, and ultimately, return to their previous destructive lifestyles.

In an effort to restore their hope and rebuild their lives, Good Seed Good Ground partners with local companies and businesses that are willing to give these young men and women a second chance at life by hiring them in positions that’s well above minimum wage.
